  • 3 ounces Prosciutto
  • 2 ounces Molinari Italian Salami
  • 2 ounces Pillars Old Forest Salami
  • 2 ounces Molinari Finocchiona Salami
  • 2 ounces Volpi Aged Asiago Artisan Salami
  • 3 ounces Manchego cheese
  • 2 ounces Gorgonzola cheese
  • Quince Paste
  • Pepperoncini
  • Olives
  • Whole Grain Mustard
  • Sliced Pear
  • Caramelized Pecans
  • Cornichon Pickles
  • On the side add Rain Coast Crisp Crackers and Heinen’s Artisan Flatbreads

SMALL CHARCUTERIE BOARD – SERVES 6Small Board

  • 2 ounces Molinari Italian Salami
  • 2 ounces Angels Black Truffle Salami
  • 2 ounces Angels Venison and Berkshire Salami
  • 2 ounces Goat Cheese
  • 2 ounces Mayfield Creamery Smoked Gouda
  • Nicoise Olives
  • Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
  • Dried Figs
  • Cornichon Pickles
  • On the side add Firehook Baked Crackers and Ciabatta Crostini

  • 1 ounce Speck
  • 2 ounces sliced Parmesan
  • 6 Pepperoncini
  • 6 Castelvetrano Olives

TASTE OF FRANCE – SERVES 4 Taste of France

  • 2 ounces Angels Black Truffle Salami
  • 2 ounces Angels Venison and Berkshire Salami
  • 2 ounces Goat Cheese
  • 9 Cornichon Pickles
  • 6 Dried Figs
  • Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
