Our stir fry station has everything you need to make a stir fry that's perfect for you. Your options include: Beef, Chicken, Shrimp, or Vegetarian with or without tofu. And your add ins - include but not limited to: broccoli, julienne carrots, sliced mushrooms, julienne onions, zucchini, pineapple, water chestnuts, boy choy, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, lo-mein noodles, or rice noodles. Sauces include: Brown Sauce, Schzewan, Black Bean or Teriyaki

Jacki Novotny has been expertly cooking things up for more than 25 years. Known not only for her creativity in our kitchens, she has perfected the art of teaching any culinary concept and offering simple recipe adaptations. Jacki is our chef behind the Heinen’s and Cleveland Clinic’s Healthy Appetite program.

Ron Perkins, Heinen’s Corporate Chef

Ron Perkins brings over 40 years of considerable culinary talents to Heinen’s, directing several prestigious events in his career. One of his memorable stints was as Executive Chef at the Lake Placid Winter Olympics. And appropriately, Ron also makes his own miracle on ice with his ice carving expertise.
