Grilled Sausage and Peppers

8 servings


8 assorted fresh sausages

1 each sliced orange, yellow, red and green bell pepper
1 sliced yellow squash
1 sliced green zucchini
1 sliced sweet onion
1 cup of domestic mushrooms
4 tablespoons of olive oil
Kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
Assorted mustards


Place all of the vegetables on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and coat them with the olive oil on all sides.  Season with salt and pepper and grill on a hot grill (450°) for about 2 to 4 minutes on each side or until grill marks are formed and cooked.  

Once the vegetables are done, set aside and add on the sausages and cook for 7 to 9 minutes or until finished.  Close the grill door to cook faster.

Once the sausages are cooked place them on a plate along with the vegetables and serve alongside the assorted mustards.
