Ingredients

  • Heinen's Brown Sugar-Glazed Salmon
  • Ready-to-Cook Sesame Snap Peas
  • Seeds of Change Seven Whole Grains
  • Makoto Honey Ginger Dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Put salmon on an oiled pan and place in the oven along with container of snap peas.
  3. While salmon and snap peas are cooking, microwave grains until hot. When salmon is cooked to desired doneness and snap peas are tender, remove from oven.
  4. Place salmon, grains and snap peas on a plate and drizzle with a little Makoto Honey Ginger Dressing.
  5. Garnish with wedge of lime.

In 1929, Joe Heinen opened the doors of a small butcher shop on the east side of Cleveland, Ohio, aiming to establish himself as the city’s purveyor of quality meats. As customers came into Heinen’s new shop for their meat purchases, they began asking him to carry groceries as well. Joe added homemade peanut butter, pickles and donuts and by 1933, business had grown enough to include a line of produce and canned goods. Heinen’s Grocery Store was born.
