Heinen’s Quinoa Lentil Pilaf



1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Place stuffed portabella in an oven proof pan and roast in oven until heated through.

3. Microwave quinoa lentil pilaf until hot.

4. Serve stuffed portabella on top of the quinoa lentil pilaf and top with red pepper relish and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Try adding chopped fresh basil for a burst of flavor.
