Grilled Salmon Caesar



Grilled Two Brothers Salmon
Andy Boy Romaine Hearts
Brianna's Caesar Dressing
Heinen's Caesar Blend Cheese
Fresh Gourmet Croutons


1. Pre-heat grill or grill pan.

2. Cut romaine hearts in half lengthwise keeping core intact, lightly oil cut side and place on grill cut side down, grill until lightly charred.

3. Place on plate and top with crumbled cooked salmon, croutons and cheese then drizzle with dressing. If desired, add anchovies and freshly ground black pepper.
