Pierogi Reuben Sandwich

Ingredients

Sophie’s Potato and Cheddar Pierogis
Brownberry Country White Bread
Heinen’s Muenster Cheese
Inglehoffer Stone Ground Mustard
Cleveland Kraut Classic Caraway

Preparation

1. Warm pierogis in microwave until heated through. Pre-heat griddle or saute pan.
2. Using 2 slices of bread per sandwich. Lay the 2 slices of bread down and spread with mustard.
3. Top the bread with 2 pierogis, cheese and kraut. Top with another slice of bread.
4. Add butter to the heated pan. Grill sandwich lightly by pressing down with a spatula, until bread is grilled on both sides and cheese is melted.
