From the Dairy Department

  • The Dairy Free Co. cashew spread
  • Miyoko’s cashew milk cheese
  • LaClare Goat Cheese

Additional Ingredients

  • Heinen’s fresh ground walnut butter, drizzled with raw honey
  • Fresh Fruit: grapes, strawberries, blackberries
  • Go Raw sprouted pumpkin seeds
  • Gopal’s power wraps (in the Wellness Department)
  • Dried Fruit: goji berries, cranberries, dates
  • Go Raw sprouted pumpkin seeds
  • Living Intentions sprouted almonds
  • Wake Robin fermented carrot escabeche
  • Big Picture fermented olives
  • Pickled Brussels sprouts (from Heinen’s olive bar)
  • Mary’s Gone crackers
  • RW Garcia organic kale crackers


  1. Assemble all ingredients on a serving tray or board and dig in!
