Featuring our light and flaky beer battered cod, fresh and tropical pineapple mango salsa and crunchy slaw mix, simply add all of the ingredients to tortillas and it’s taco time!

  • Heinen’s Beer Battered Cod
  • Mission Street Taco Tortillas
  • Heinen’s Fresh Pineapple Mango Salsa
  • Fresh Express 3 Color Deli Cole Slaw


1. Warm the cod in the microwave until hot.
2. Place the cod in the tortillas, followed by the pineapple salsa and coleslaw.
3. Garnish with chopped cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime.

In 1929, Joe Heinen opened the doors of a small butcher shop on the east side of Cleveland, Ohio, aiming to establish himself as the city’s purveyor of quality meats. As customers came into Heinen’s new shop for their meat purchases, they began asking him to carry groceries as well. Joe added homemade peanut butter, pickles and donuts and by 1933, business had grown enough to include a line of produce and canned goods. Heinen’s Grocery Store was born.
