Plant Based Eating Cooking Demo and Store Tour

Come learn about delicious vegan foods! Following Dr. Esselstyn's plant based, oil free diet, as outlined in Forks Over Knives, is healthy, but challenging. Fortunately, you have help. Nicole, Avon Heinen's lead Wellness Consultant, will be partnering with Laurie, founder of Plant Based Cleveland, to cook up a delicious plant-based recipe. Wellness Consultants will be providing store tours for those who are interested. Come sample some healthy. delightful food.
