My friends received personalized Tasteful Rewards this week and I didn’t get any. I have received them before, why am I missing out?
Since our rewards are personalized, every customer receives a completely unique set of offers. Be on the lookout in your inbox for your next set of great personalized promotions.
I am not interested in the personalized offers I received. Can I get something else instead?

My personalized offer did not work at the register. What should I do?
We are so sorry! Sometimes, technology moves faster than we do. Digital Price Tags
What is a Digital Price Tag?
A Digital Price Tag is an electronic, Wi-Fi enabled solution for displaying prices throughout the store. This includes sale items and non-sale items. Digital Price Tags will replace paper price tags and signs in most areas of the store.
Are Digital Price Tags completely replacing paper signs?
No. Paper signs will continue to be used for marketing messages, many displays, and for special sales.
How will I know what is on sale?
All sale items will feature prices in red and a red banner on the Digital Price Tag, clearly indicating it is a sale price. Digital Price Tags for frozen items will be completely black and white as red ink does not perform well in frozen conditions. We’ve created red “sale collars” to help identify sale items in the freezer cases.
Are Digital Price Tags used at all Heinen’s locations?
Not currently. We are piloting Digital Price Tags at Heinen’s locations in Bainbridge and Aurora to evaluate the effectiveness of this solution.
Why is Heinen’s transitioning to Digital Price Tags?
Using Digital Price Tags reduces time spent replacing paper price tags on a weekly basis, allowing our associates to focus more on customer service. Digital Price Tags are designed to last for multiple years and will help reduce waste.
