Hazy DIPA – 8.5% ABV – Double IPA with Amish Honey

Hazy DIPA – 8.1% ABV – Think of a galaxy forward Fluctuation plus Other Half’s Dream treatment. A fluctuation from beta brain waves to alpha and theta waves shifts your consciousness from alertness, cognition, and concentration to a dream state of relaxation, visualization, creativity, intuition, and vivid visual imagery. Sam from Other Half came up to brew with us and we discussed potential synergies between our two heavily hopped styles. We ended up taking EQs fluctuation grain bill and adding oats and (for the first time in EQ commercial application) lactose in-line with Other Half’s Dream treatment. This beer was followed by an aggressive dry hop of Galaxy and Citra.

Hatch Chile American IPA – 6% ABV – Crisp, refreshing and brewed with fresh Hatch chilis, this one-of-a-kind IPA is a collaboration with our friends at Masthead Brewery.

Marzen – 5.8% ABV – German amber lager, nutty, toasty, and caramelly Feestbier with a bready malt character and subtle Noble hop presence. Smooth with a crisp lager finish. Great for drinking all year long, but especially around the holidays.

Barrel Aged Stout – 13.6% ABV – Somewhere in the blackness of space, there lies another verse… the Underverse. Upon crossing this threshold, one returns changed. Some call it enlightenment, while others call it Nirvana.
During its time in rye whiskey barrels, this Imperial Stout mingled with locally roasted coffee beans from Six Shooter Coffee, imbuing it with a depth of flavor and complexity not attainable on its own.
