6.5% A celebratory Hazy IPA crafted as an invite to the Jackie O’s 20th Anniversary Extravaganza in 2026. Brewed with a blend of dank New Zealand and American hops, RSVP conveys aromas of mango, pineapple rind and subtle black pepper. With palate notes of lush tropical fruit and zesty citrus peel. Chinook, Citra, Idaho 7 and Riwaka hops. Carapils, malted oats, chit and barley malts.
Maine Beer Company – “Lunch”
American IPA – 7.0% ABV – Our “East Coast” version of a West Coast-style IPA. Intense hop flavors and aromas of tropical and citrus fruits and pine dominate. A subtle malt sweetness brings the beer into balance. Hops listed as Amarillo, Centennial, Simcoe.
Lunch is a special whale that has been spotted off the Maine coast since 1982. She has what looks like a bite taken out of her fin, which adds to her unique character. We dedicate this beer to her determination and persistence.

Butcher and Brewer – Albino Stout
Pale in color w/ notes of chocolate, vanilla, and coffee. 5.4% ABV
Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale
8.2% ABV. Subtle yet familiar flavors of vanilla and oak are imparted to this special ale as it rests in charred bourbon barrels. Pleasantly smooth and robust.
