Hazy DIPA – 8% ABV – Double Dry Hopped New England Style IPA built on this year’s Pink Boots Hop Blend — Mosaic, Ekuanot, Centennial, HBC 638, and Mosaic CO₂ Extract. Dave took the ship’s wheel while we poured in grain and hops, and this one did not come to play. Waves of tropical fruit, citrus zest, and that signature hazy softness. Big beer. Big energy.
