Barolo & Beyond: An Italian Wine Dinner

Discover the character and complexity of exceptional Italian wines during a special evening featuring five carefully selected wines, including two 2019 Barolo Riservas.

Jeff Graff of Private Reserve Fine Wines will guide guests through the tasting, sharing insights into each wine’s origins, distinctive characteristics and winemaking traditions.

Complementing the wine tasting is a chef-prepared dinner that begins with a curated artisan cheese board, followed by a red wine braised short rib with mushroom polenta and black garlic. For dessert, enjoy a seasonal pistachio cake.
