Build a Board with Heinen’s Certified Cheesemonger

Join us at Heinen’s Avon to master the art of making a showstopping cheese and charcuterie board with Heinen’s Cheesemonger, Madelyn Varela, ACS CCP.

During this interactive and informative event, guests will have the opportunity to discover how to use texture, milk type, color, and flavor to create incredible cheese, meat, and accompaniment pairings in addition to learning how to properly cut and present cheeses and handmake a beautiful charcuterie rose.

After learning the basics, guests will put their skills into action by creating their own cheese and charcuterie board featuring five premium artisan cheeses from the United States and abroad.
