Cheese School: Cheddar 101

There’s a lot to love about cheese, and we’re celebrating all of its delicious qualities through a series of informational tastings called Cheese School 101*.

Hosted in the Tasting Room at Heinen’s Chagrin Falls, Specialty Cheesemonger, Shannon Welsh, will discuss all there is to know about a specific category of cheese while attendees taste a selection of featured cheeses paired with complimentary beverages.

The first session of Heinen’s Cheese School is all about cheddar! Attendees will have the opportunity to taste a curated selection of six cheddar cheeses while discovering how they’re made and how to pair them.
