Cleansing Made Simple at Heinen’s Avon
Join Heinen’s Chief Medical Officer Dr. Todd Pesek, MD and Heinen’s Chief Dietitian Melanie Jatsek, RD to explore the what, when and how of cleansing. Discover the foods you should eat during a cleanse and those you should incorporate in your daily routine to reduce toxic load on your body. Learn about supportive supplements for cleansing too!
Attendees will receive a starter kit to begin a cleanse at home at the conclusion of the event.
