Healthy Breakfasts in a Flash
Your breakfast can either build you up or break you down. Join Heinen’s Chief Dietitian, Mel Jatsek, to learn how to make the most of this most important meal of the day.
During this fun and interactive session, attendees will learn the essentials of a healthy and satisfying breakfast and have the opportunity to make Mason jar overnight oats using a variety of Fx™-approved ingredients. Mel will also share her favorite recipes and ready-to-eat breakfast foods at Heinen’s that are sure to fill you with loads of energy for the day ahead.
