  • Heinen’s customers receive marketing communications with promoted pricing, personalized rewards, and other offers because they chose to receive messages from Heinen’s Tasteful Rewards.
  • Heinen’s customers may subscribe to or unsubscribe from marketing email communications by updating their profile or by calling our Customer Relations team at 1-855-475-2300, Ext. 2337.
  • Heinen’s will regularly inform all Tasteful Rewards customers through email and on heinens.com about changes that affect their rights or data privacy; for customers that have provided an email address to Heinen’s, these updates will be provided as an account notification to all customers even if they’ve unsubscribed from marketing communications.
  • Heinen’s may, to the best of their ability and available information, reach out to customers in the event of a recall or withdrawal if it is determined that a Heinen’s Branded item poses a risk to their safety.
  • Heinen’s may receive transactional emails as part of their interactions with our shopping solutions, such as shop.heinens.com or by placing a Heinen’s Catering Order, to keep you apprised of your order status and progress.
  • Heinen’s values your privacy and will never sell or share your email address.
