Cucumber and Feta Cheese Salad

Ingredients
For the Dressing
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Salad
- 2 large cucumbers, sliced
- ¼ red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
- ¼ cup of slivered almonds, plus extra for garnish
- 1 Tbsp. of chopped fresh dill, plus extra for garnish
- ¼ cup of crumbled Bulgarian feta cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Add all of the dressing ingredients to a medium-size bowl and whisk until combined.
- Add all of the salad ingredients to a large bowl. Add the dressing and mix using a rubber spatula until combined.
- Add the feta cheese and extra garnishes.
