Ingredients

For the Mule

  • 2 oz vodka
  • ½ Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 oz Heinen’s Meyer Lemon Sparkling Water
  • 2 oz Heinen’s Organic Dragon Fruit Lemonade
  • 2 oz ginger beer
  • Dragon Fruit, sliced
  • Fresh mint sprigs

For the Lemon Ice Cubes

  • 1 lemon, washed, sliced, and cut into small pieces
  • Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

1. Put a piece of lemon in each compartment of the ice cube tray. Add mint leaves to half of the compartment. Fill the tray with water and freeze overnight or until solid.
2. In a glass, add vodka and lemon juice. Fill the glass with the lemon ice cubes. Top with Dragon Fruit Lemonade and ginger beer. Garnish with Dragon Fruit and fresh mint.
