Fresh Açaí Bowl

Ingredients
- 2 packets frozen açaí (sweetened or unsweetened)
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
Toppings:
- 1 banana, sliced
- Organic granola
- Flaked coconut
- Fresh blueberries
- Fresh blackberries
- Fresh raspberries
- Fresh dragon fruit
Instructions
- Combine all açaí ingredients into a blender. Blend – if mixture is too thick, add more juice.
- Pour mixture into bowl and chill in freezer while prepping garnish ingredients.
- Remove from freezer and top with ingredients. Interchange ingredients to fit your taste or dietary preference.
