The Butcher & The Brewer – Winter Chicken
This is the seasonal counterpart to our Maibock, Spring Chicken – a deep dive into Avangard Munich. Basically a SMASH (single malt and single hop), we leaned on decoction to get a deceptively complex grain character with Top Hops Farm Mt. Rainier to balance out the sweetness. Expect flavors of toasted bread, light caramel, and dark fruits. 6.5% ABV
Missing Mountain “Buddy”
American Lager 4.5% ABV
A beer designed to drink, it’s crisp, dry, and refreshing! Enjoy a few! Cheers Buddy!
Maine Beer Company – “Lunch”
American IPA – 7.0% ABV – An “East Coast” version of a West Coast-style IPA. Intense hop flavors and aromas of tropical and citrus fruits and pine dominate. A subtle malt sweetness brings the beer into balance. Hops listed as Amarillo, Centennial, Simcoe.
Twin Oast Oasteweizen
4.7% ABV | 18 IBU
GERMAN-STYLE HEFEWEIZEN
The beer our Founder fell in love with was a Bavarian Hefeweizen, which is why we started as traditional as possible with this brew. Oasteweizen’s authentic Bavarian yeast lends notes of banana and clove to this haus favorite!

Celebrate Local Cheese & Wine
Join the Cheese and Wine department in celebrating the change of season with this local-centric event! This event will feature a three-course tasting that includes local cheese, fruit and nuts paired with local wine, a delicious caprese flatbread made with local ingredients, and a slice of local apple pie highlighting the flavors of the season. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with local wines.
