3 Floyds – Apocalypse Cow
This complex Double India Pale Ale has an intense citrus and floral hop aroma balanced by a velvety malt body which has been augmented with lactose milk sugar. 9.8% ABV | 81 IBU
The Butcher & The Brewer – Winter Chicken
This is the seasonal counterpart to our Maibock, Spring Chicken – a deep dive into Avangard Munich. Basically a SMASH (single malt and single hop), we leaned on decoction to get a deceptively complex grain character with Top Hops Farm Mt. Rainier to balance out the sweetness. Expect flavors of toasted bread, light caramel, and dark fruits. 6.5% ABV
