The Butcher & The Brewer – Winter Chicken
This is the seasonal counterpart to our Maibock, Spring Chicken – a deep dive into Avangard Munich. Basically a SMASH (single malt and single hop), we leaned on decoction to get a deceptively complex grain character with Top Hops Farm Mt. Rainier to balance out the sweetness. Expect flavors of toasted bread, light caramel, and dark fruits.

GERMAN-STYLE HEFEWEIZEN
The beer our Founder fell in love with was a Bavarian Hefeweizen, which is why we started as traditional as possible with this brew. Oasteweizen’s authentic Bavarian yeast lends notes of banana and clove to this haus favorite!
