DIPA – 8% ABV – An old-school, clear West Coast style Double IPA with a heavy presence of Simcoe supported by Centennial & Mosaic. Layered with flavors of Pine and stonefruit. Reminiscent of the original Double Daisy Cutter, for those of you who ever got your hands on that back in the day.
