Founders – CBS
Barrel Aged Stout – 11.7% ABV – The legendary CBS returns! CBS is a bold imperial stout featuring chocolate and coffee that has aged in bourbon barrels with maple syrup. Pilsner – 5% ABV – Pilsner brewed with Bohemian Floor Malted Pilsner and featuring our favorite hops from New Zealand. Floral and citrus character jumps from this beer while staying light and easy drinking.
Jackie O’s Brewery – See Foam
Hazy IPA – 7% ABV – Brewed with carefully selected lots of our favorite hops, See Foam presents bountiful notes of tropical fruit, stone fruit, and bright citrus. Lots of fluffy malted and flaked oats lend a soft mouthfeel to this boisterous Hazy IPA.

About Dr. Todd Pesek, M.D.
Todd J. Pesek, M.D. is a holistic physician, medical advisor, published scholar, professor and author who specializes in disease prevention and reversal toward longevity and vital living.
Dr. Todd is founder of VitalHealth Partners medical practice, Chief Medical Officer of Heinen’s Grocery Store and a Professor (with tenure) of Health Sciences and Human Performance at Cleveland State University. In addition, he is founder of a leading superfoods and supplements company, Nutritional Roots and Coral Roots Regenerative Farm in Costa Rica, Central America.
Dr. Todd received his medical doctorate from The Ohio State University College of Medicine and the Cleveland Clinic and completed his training in medicine at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, St. Vincent Charity Hospital, Cleveland, Ohio.
