Nothing says summer quite like a corn dog, and these Mini Corn Dog Bites are about to become your new seasonal obsession!

A family friendly snack or appetizer, this recipe gives a fair food staple a bite-size, better-for-you boost, and it’s easy to make! Simply slice Heinen’s premium all beef hot dogs into small pieces and bake them in a muffin tin with a simple homemade breading. Choosing to bake instead of deep fry will save you calories and cleanup time, making these mini corn dogs that much more enjoyable.

A corndog is nothing without ketchup, so we’ve paired these delicious bites with a homemade ketchup; however, if you’re short on time, reach for Heinen’s organic ketchup or Heinen’s mustard.

  1. Thank you for this easy and delicious recipe! I made these for a party last night and they were a big success!!! I used the Cleveland Ketchup with Bacon and Bourbon flavoring I found at Heinen’s. Wow, they were a big winner and people ate them all up. Thank you for this new recipe!
