Autumn Harvest Farm

Wooster, Ohio

Owned and operated by the Ladrach family for three generations, Autumn Harvest Farm specializes in growing fresh vegetables on 230 arces of certified organic Ohio farmland.

Bauman Orchards

Rittman, Ohio

Operating since 1929, Bauman Orchards carefully cultiaves 25 varieties of apples and 15 varieties of peaches acros 100k apple trees and 15l peach trees on a farm of more than 260 acres.

Buckeye Fresh

Medina, Ohio

A beloved lettuce grower of Heinen’s customers for more than a decade, Buckeye Fresh uses sophisticated hydroponic growing technologies and an LED lighting system to grow fresh, long-lasting lettuce and basil in their sustainable indoor vertical farm.

Burnham Orchards

Berlin Heights, Ohio

Owned by the Burnham family for six generations, this fruit farm produces more than 28 varieties of perfectly “pickable” apples spanning across more than 200 acres of orchard.

Buurma Farms

Willard, Ohio

Family-owned and -operated by the Buurma family since 1896, Buurma Farms is one of the oldest and largest farms in Ohio growing more than 30 vegetable crops including leafy greens, herbs, onions, and radishes across 2,700 acres of farmland in Ohio and Michigan.

County Line Produce Auction

West Salem, Ohio

One of the largest produce auctions in the Midwest, the County Line Produce Auction features an endless assortment of fresh fruits and vegetables handpicked and delivered three days a week by more than 175 Amish family farmers.

Eagle Creek Growers

Mantua, OH

Founded by a husband and wife with a lifelong passion for horticulture, Eagle Creek Growers, LLC is a 6 acre greenhouse facility with over 280,000 square feet of growing capacity and state-of-the-art technology.

Great Lakes Growers

Middlefield, Ohio

Founded on a passion for offering clean, sustainable products to the community, Great Lakes Growers produces an impressive assortment of high-quality lettuces and herbs, including living lettuce, basil, and pre-cut and packaged lettuce grown in their state-of-the-art hydroponic greenhouse.

Green Circle Growers

Oberlin, Ohio

Green Circle Growers is one of the largest greenhouses in North America with over 150 acres of indoor growing space. They’re a family-owned company with more than 50 years in the business.

Their continuously expanding portfolio of indoor plants, including seasonal crops, tropicals, foliage, and succulents, provides quality products for Heinen’s customers no matter the season!

Green Field Farms

Wooster, Ohio

Created in 2003 to revitalize family farms, Green Field Farms is a cooperative of Amish farmers and businessmen committed to growing the freshest, widest, and most nutritious assortment of produce including cabbage, corn, kale, peppers, squash, tomatoes, melons, and more.

Grobe Fruit Farm

Elyria, Ohio

Striving to keep pace with modern agriculture while honoring the path blazed by five previous generations of farmers, Grobe Fruit Farm has been family-owned and -operated since 1905 and specializes in producing a lengthy lineup of fresh fruits and vegetables including apples, peaches, herbs, tomatoes, and sweet corn.

Fresh Forward

Newcomerstown, Ohio

Representing multi-generational family farms across the Great Lakes region, Fresh Forward is a cooperative using progressive farming practices to grow consistently exceptional tree-ripened peaches and apples.

Gotham Greens

Chicago, Illinois

Gotham Greens launched their very first greenhouse in Brooklyn, NY in 2009. They have since expanded to cities across the country. Their greenhouses are located near urban areas to bring farms closer to people. They have built some of the largest urban greenhouses in the country, including the largest rooftop greenhouse in the world in Chicago, not too far from our Illinois Heinen’s locations. Gotham Greens has a full line of products including a wide variety of packaged lettuces, lettuce mixes, basil, salad dressings, sauces, and dips.

Hays Orchard

Columbiana, Ohio
Fresh-pressed is best, especially when it comes from Hays! Established in 1949 as an apple cider producer, Hays has turned their commitment to creating juice with high quality taste and wholesome health benefits into a full line of all-natural fresh-pressed concord grape juices made from only one ingredient… fruit!

Keim's Produce

Homerville, Ohio

Located in the heart of Ohio’s Amish country, Keim’s Produce is a grower of all trades providing Heinen’s with fresh-picked beans, peppers, potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower, squash, onions, tomatoes, melons, and even pumpkins in the fall.

Linehan's Vineyard

Geneva, Ohio

Founded in 1975 by the Linehan family along the Grand River in Harpersfield Township, this vineyard grows the sweetest grapes in the Midwest including Concord grapes and Mars seedless grapes.

Michael Farms

Urbana, Ohio

Operating thousands of acres of mineral-rich Ohio soil, Michael Farms has been family-owned and -operated for over 65 years and combines commitments to high-quality products and sustainable agricultural practices to grow the best tasting green beans, sweet corn, cabbage, and potatoes for Heinen’s for more than 15 years.

Millcreek Gardens

Ostrander, Ohio

All of Millcreek Gardens plants are grown by experienced growers who understand the unique production requirements for herbaceous perennials, herbs, annuals, and shrubs.  Their goal is to produce the highest quality plants and herbs for the home gardener.

Nature’s Acres Produce

Millersburg, Ohio

From organic outdoor slicing tomatoes to organic onions and hard squashes, organic goods are abundant on this Ohio Amish farm.

Nature Fresh Farms

Delta, Ohio

Known for their exceptional assortment of vine-ripened tomatoes and strawberries, Nature Fresh Farms uses state-of the-art greenhouses to grow crops with the care they deserve, no matter the season.

Patterson Fruit Farm

Chesterland, Ohio

Farming has been the only way of life for the last six generations of the Patterson family, which has enabled them to become one of Ohio’s most notable producers of apples and apple cider. In fact, Patterson’s was the first local apple cider to be carried at Heinen’s.

Peace Valley Orchards

Rogers, Ohio

Owned and operated by the Simmons family since 1948, Peace Valley Orchards is known for growing some of the best tasting apples, peaches, and pears in the country.

Pochedly Farms

Mantua, OH

With over a century of experience producing delicious bi-color sweet corn, the Pochedly family harvests at the crack of dawn and delivers their fresh picks to our stores by the afternoon.

Polter's Farm

Fremont, Ohio

Founded in 1975, the Polter family took what was once a small, one-acre berry farm and turned it into flourishing farmland featuring 20 acres of fresh, juicy strawberries and 180 acres of vibrant fall pumpkins.

Quarry Hill Orchards

Berlin Heights, Ohio

Owned and operated by the Gammie family since 1931, this 400-acre, third generation fruit farm is passionate about growing apples and peaches with quality, wholesome taste.

Sunny Meadows Flower Farm

Columbus, Ohio

Located six miles from urban downtown Columbus, Sunny Meadows Flower Farm is owned and operated by a first-generation husband and wife duo with a shared passion for creating beautiful bouquets of sustainably grown fresh cut flowers.

Sunrise Farms

Winchester, Ohio

Known as one of the best farm markets in the Cincinnati area, Sunrise Farms offers fresh, Amish-grown cucumbers, squash, peppers, tomatoes, and melon delivered daily by horse and wagon.

Vigeo Gardens

Akron, OH

With roots in the restaurant industry, the founders of Vigeo Gardens were determined to provide high quality greens and microgreens to local restaurants. Over time, they have developed a highly efficient indoor vertical farming system that produces about 200,000 lbs. of produce a year across about 18,000 square feet of growing space.
