It’s officially peach season! We love peaches so much that we created an entire summer menu full of delicious peach recipes. Enjoy this appetizer, dinner, and dessert recipes filled with peaches. And as a bonus, all of the recipes share ingredients, making this cost effective and your grocery shopping easy!

The dinner recipe is a grilled Peach and Prosciutto Pizza. This pizza is so delicious and so much easier than you’d expect. Grilling the crust adds a delicious smoky flavor, and we love the combination of melted cheese and crisp prosciutto with fresh peaches and basil.

Peach Bruschetta with Prosciutto:

  • 2 Tbsps. Heinen’s Olive Oil
  • 1 Heinen’s French baguette, sliced
  • 1 3 oz. package prosciutto, torn into small pieces
  • 3 Peaches, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. Heinen’s extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp. Heinen’s honey
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Fresh basil, for serving

Grilled Peach and Prosciutto Pizza

  • 1 lb. Pizza dough
  • 1 Tbsp. Heinen’s olive oil
  • 4 oz. Fresh mozzarella
  • 4 oz. Prosciutto, sliced in half
  • 1 Peach, sliced into wedges
  • Heinen’s balsamic glaze, for serving
  • Fresh basil, for serving

Peach Pie Milkshake:

  • 2 cups Heinen’s vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup Heinen’s milk
  • 2 ripe peaches, chopped
  • 1 tsp. Heinen’s organic ground cinnamon, plus more for serving
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream, for serving


Peach Bruschetta with Prosciutto

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Brush baguette slices with 2 Tbsps. Heinen’s olive oil. Bake 5 minutes per side, until golden brown.
  2. Combine peaches, 1 Tbsp. Heinen’s extra virgin olive oil, 2 Tsp. Heinen’s honey, and pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Assemble bruschetta by placing a piece of prosciutto and spoonful of peaches on each baguette slice.
  4. Top with fresh basil and serve.

Grilled Peach and Prosciutto Pizza

  1. Heat a grill on high heat.
  2. Shape the pizza dough into a circle and place on a floured pizza peel. Brush both sides with olive oil.
  3. Place dough on the grill. Grill each side for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown. Transfer back to the pizza peel.
  4. Add mozzarella and prosciutto to the pizza dough. Add back to the grill and close the lid. Grill until the cheese is just melted.
  5. Remove pizza from the grill and top with sliced peaches, Heinen’s balsamic glaze, and fresh basil.

Peach Pie Milkshake

  1. Combine the ice cream, milk, peaches, cinnamon and vanilla extract in a blender. Blend until smooth and pour in two glasses.
  2. Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of Heinen’s ground cinnamon and peach slices. Serve and enjoy!
