I would LOVE to say I have made that gorgeous fried grapefruit, however my cooking area at home is not do-able. I was introduced to this “breakfast” over 30 years ago at a ski resort in Denver, Colorado. This is the first time I have seen it since then!! It’s like a big whoosh taking me back there! Since I have been vegan for over that long, this was a fantastic pleasure! It gives you energy and tastes divine! Keep exploring!!!

    1. Janie, we are glad this recipe brought back some memories!
