Calabrian Linguini with Shrimp

Ingredients
- Buitoni Linguini Pasta
- Heinen's Own Fresh Cooked Shrimp Farm Raised
- Divina Chopped Calabrian Peppers
- Weber Seasoning
- Heinen's Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter
- Bota Box Pinot Grigio
- Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Italian Herbs
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil.
- When the water is boiling, place a saute pan over medium heat.
- Place the linguini in the boiling water.
- Add some olive oil or butter to the sauté pan with a little bit of the Calabrian peppers and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add the shrimp and some white wine to the pan.
- Drain the pasta while reserving some of the water.
- Add the pasta and reserved water to the pan with a good amount of cubed butter.
- Emulsify the sauce by gently shaking the pan back and forth while it reduces.
- Season with the Weber seasoning and add the Italian herbs prior to serving.
