Homemade Granola 3 Ways

Packed full of good-for you ingredients like oats, seeds and natural sweeteners, these three homemade granola recipes will satisfy any craving in just a few simple steps!

Ingredients

For the Simple Granola

  • 4 cups oats
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup honey

For the Seeds and Raisins Granola

  • 4 cups oats
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ¼ cup pepitas
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 cup raisins

For the Cherry and Chocolate Granola

  • 4 cups oats
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup chopped dried cherries
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F.
  2. For the simple granola, combine all ingredients together in a large bowl until completely mixed.
  3. Transfer to a parchment-lined sheet tray and spread out until flattened and even.
  4. Bake in the oven at 275°F for 45 to 50 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature. Break up and serve.
  5. For the seeds and raisins granola, combine all ingredients together in a large bowl until completely mixed. Transfer to a parchment-lined sheet tray and spread out until flattened and even.
  6. Bake in the oven at 275°F for 45 to 50 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature. Break up and serve.
