Ingredients

  • Ortega Grande Taco Shells
  • Pulled Rotisserie Chicken, White Meat
  • Somos Pinto & Black Beans in Red Salsa
  • Ortega Taco Sauce, Original, Medium
  • Fresh Express Shredded Lettuce
  • Heinen's 4 Cheese Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese

Instructions

  1. In a pan over medium heat, combine the beans, chicken, and a splash of the taco sauce.
  2. Heat until hot.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Heat the soft flour tortillas in a hot pan or by wrapping in a moist paper towel and microwaving briefly.
  5. Lay out the chicken and bean mixture, taco sauce, taco shells, cheese, and lettuce, allowing people to assemble their own.

In 1929, Joe Heinen opened the doors of a small butcher shop on the east side of Cleveland, Ohio, aiming to establish himself as the city’s purveyor of quality meats. As customers came into Heinen’s new shop for their meat purchases, they began asking him to carry groceries as well. Joe added homemade peanut butter, pickles and donuts and by 1933, business had grown enough to include a line of produce and canned goods. Heinen’s Grocery Store was born.
