Ingredients
- Heinen's Organic Pinto Beans
- Heinen's Organic Cooked Brown Rice
- Heinen's Organic Mild Salsa
- Siete Family Foods, Seasoning Taco Mild
- Food for Life Tortillas, Sprouted Corn
- 90% Organic Ground Beef
- Buckeye Fresh Summer Crisp
Instructions
- Place a pot over medium-high heat. Brown the ground beef.
- When the beef is browned, add 1/3 cup of water and the seasoning packet, and cook until thickened
- Add some of the beans and rice and continue cooking until hot.
- Heat another pan over high heat. When hot, quickly heat the tortillas to make them pliable.
- Lay out the warm tortillas, spoon the beef mixture onto the tortillas, followed by some salsa and lettuce.
- Roll the burritos before serving. Enjoy slices of fresh avocado.
