Ingredients

  • Heinen's Heritage Breed Duroc Pork Sirloin Cutlets
  • Bob Evans Macaroni & Cheese Singles
  • Traeger Rub Pork & Poultry
  • Rufus Teague Whiskey Maple BBQ Sauce
  • Fresh Express 3 Color Cole Slaw
  • Primal Kitchen Mayo, Chipotle Lime

Instructions

  1. Season the pork cutlets with the pork and poultry rub and grill over high heat until almost done to your liking.
  2. Brush with the BBQ sauce and finish cooking.
  3. Dress the coleslaw with the chipotle lime mayo.
  4. Heat the macaroni and cheese according to the directions on the package.
  5. Serve the cutlets with the coleslaw, mac and cheese, and extra BBQ sauce on the side.

In 1929, Joe Heinen opened the doors of a small butcher shop on the east side of Cleveland, Ohio, aiming to establish himself as the city’s purveyor of quality meats. As customers came into Heinen’s new shop for their meat purchases, they began asking him to carry groceries as well. Joe added homemade peanut butter, pickles and donuts and by 1933, business had grown enough to include a line of produce and canned goods. Heinen’s Grocery Store was born.
