Fried Egg and Guacamole Toast

Ingredients
- 1 slice sourdough bread
- ¼ cup Heinen's guacamole
- 1 egg
- Microgreens
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Crushed red pepper
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Toast the bread in a toaster or on the stovetop until golden brown. If using the stovetop, drizzle or brush both sides of the bread with olive oil before you toast it in a skillet.
- To begin cooking the egg. Heat some oil in the skillet over medium heat.
- Once hot, crack the egg into the skillet and season with crushed red pepper, salt, and black pepper. Cook to your desired doneness, spooning the hot oil over the egg to baste.
- Spread the guacamole on the toast and top with the fried egg and microgreens.
