Ingredients

  • Superior Farms Ground Lamb
  • Stonefire Naan Rounds, Original
  • Mt. Vikos Traditional Feta
  • Esti Original Tzatziki
  • Heinen's Marinated Sun-dried Tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Divide the lamb into 3 or 4 portions and form into patties.
  2. Grill over high heat, flip and top with some of the feta cheese.
  3. Cook the burgers to your liking.
  4. Grill the naan rounds until slightly crispy and lightly charred.
  5. Assemble the burgers by placing the burgers on a piece of naan, topping with the sundried tomatoes, tzatziki, and another piece of naan.

The Grilled Lamb Burger is plated with a side of fries and a beverage.

In 1929, Joe Heinen opened the doors of a small butcher shop on the east side of Cleveland, Ohio, aiming to establish himself as the city’s purveyor of quality meats. As customers came into Heinen’s new shop for their meat purchases, they began asking him to carry groceries as well. Joe added homemade peanut butter, pickles and donuts and by 1933, business had grown enough to include a line of produce and canned goods. Heinen’s Grocery Store was born.
