Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Bark

This peanut butter banana chocolate bark is an easy frozen treat made with layers of smashed bananas, honey roasted peanut butter, and smooth chocolate. It’s finished with slightly salty, crunchy peanuts. It’s a fun way to turn a few simple ingredients into a sweet, satisfying snack that’s easy to keep in the freezer.

Ingredients
- 3 large bananas
- ½ cup Heinen’s Honey Roasted Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Heinen’s Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 2 teaspoons Heinen’s Coconut Oil
- ¼ cup Heinen’s Lightly Salted Dry Roasted Peanuts
Instructions
- On a parchment-lined baking sheet, place the peeled bananas next to each other.
- Place another sheet of parchment paper on top of the bananas. Then place another sheet pan on top and smash the bananas into an even layer.
- Remove the top pan and peel off the top layer of parchment paper. Spread the peanut butter on top of the smashed bananas. Freeze for about 30 minutes or until solid.
- Microwave the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small bowl in 15-second intervals, stirring between each interval until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Pour the chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly with a spatula or the back of a spoon. Sprinkle the peanuts on top while the chocolate is still wet, then freeze for about 2 hours or until frozen solid.
- Slice with a sharp knife and enjoy.
