Sparkling Rosé Paloma
The following recipe and photography was provided by Christina Musgrave of Tasting with Tina.
This simple Sparkling Rosé Paloma is the perfect thing to sip this spring!
Made from mixing just a few ingredients, sit out a few wine glasses at a brunch, bridal or baby shower, or even a bachelorette party and let your guests sip away. You can easily make this a large batch cocktail too; just add everything to a punch bowl, mix, and add ice and additional sparkling water right before serving.
We recommend garnishing with fresh rosemary and grapefruit, but you could also use basil or dehydrated citrus.

Why You’ll Love this Recipe
- It’s refreshing and bubbly. Whether it’s spring, summer, or any time of year, this sparkling drink is sure to impress. The bubbles are crisp and refreshing, making it a perfect partner for brunch or light bites.
- It elevates any gathering. The addition of sliced grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary takes this beautiful Rosé Paloma to the next level. It’s the ideal drink for occasions like brunch, bridal or baby showers, or even a chic bachelorette party.
- It’s easily turned into a mocktail! The combination of sparkling grapefruit water and pomegranate juice brings all the bubbly flavor of a sparkling Paloma, but without the rosé. Simply swap in a non-alcoholic rosé or skip the alcohol entirely for a delicious mocktail that everyone can enjoy.
