2. Heinen’s CARE Certified Shaved Sirloin Steak
Made from Heinen’s CARE Certified beef, our flat top-ready Shaved Sirloin Steak is the ideal addition sandwiches, salads and stir-fries.
It is finely shaved at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Warrensville Heights, OH, which is where we cut and package a variety of our premium CARE Certified meats. 3. Heinen’s Pretzels
Savory snacks come in many forms, but we’re partial to pretzels. Now available in new packaging, our Heinen’s Pretzels are the same great product you love for snacking, dipping and crunching. They’re so good, you might just eat them straight out of the bag on your way home from the store! Located in the Snack Aisle.
