Selecting a CBD Product That’s Right For You

What is CBD?

CBD is derived from the hemp plant, but it is not marijuana. Unlike marijuana, there is no euphoric high. CBD is the main cannabinoid that attaches to receptors in the body. Your body naturally contains these receptors in what’s known as the Endocannabinoid System (ECS). This system regulates everything including relaxation, eating, sleeping, inflammatory immune response, appetite and cognitive function.

Full Spectrum CBD oil is extracted from the entire hemp plant. In addition to CBD, it contains all of the compounds that are naturally occurring in the plant, including terpenes and additional cannabinoids.

The Benefits of Full Spectrum CBD:

• You get the benefits of CBD and all of its counterparts. There are many other cannabinoids found in industrial hemp that have their own unique health benefits.
• Studies have shown that when all of the hemp compounds are taken together, they produce a higher level of efficiency in users aka “The Entourage Effect.”
• It is less processed. Whole plant compounds are left in the same ratio that nature intended.

CBD Isolate

Pharmaceutical-grade CBD Isolate is the purest form of CBD. Other compounds found in the plant are removed resulting in at least 99% purity.

The Benefits of CBD Isolate:

• It is the purest form of CBD making it optimum for individuals who want the effects of CBD and only CBD.
• It will not affect drug test results. Being THC-free, products made with CBD Isolate guarantee that drug test results will not be affected.
• It’s tasteless and odorless. These products may be preferred if you plan to incorporate CBD into food and drinks or want little or no taste.

Though CBD sourced from natural hemp does not contain enough THC to cause the intoxicating effects of marijuana, it does contain trace amounts (< .3%). Some individuals may prefer to have these trace amounts removed from their products with is available through CBD Isolate products.
