Marinated Coulotte Steak

Ingredients

Heinen’s Ancho Beer Marinated Coulotte Steaks (Butt Strip)
Corn on the Cob
Heinen’s Kale Pesto Pasta Salad
Ripe Tomatoes

Preparation

1. Pre-heat grill or grill pan.
2. Lightly oil grill grates and grill steak and corn. Remove steaks and corn at desired doneness.
3. Allow steaks to rest, butter and season corn if desired.
4. Serve with thick slices of tomato and Kale Pesto Pasta Salad.
5. Add a drizzle of oilve oil and a sprinkle of flaked sea salt to the tomatoes, if desired.
