Granola 3 Ways

Ingredients Simple Granola 

  • 4 cups oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup honey

 

Seeds and Raisins Granola

  • 4 cups oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ¼ cup pepitas
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 cup raisins

 

Cherry and Chocolate Granola

  • 4 cups oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup chopped dried cherries
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

 

Method for Simple Granola

  1. Combine all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until completely mixed. Transfer to a cookie sheet tray lined with parchment paper and spread out until flattened and even.
  2. Bake in the oven at 275° for 45 to 50 minutes stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature. Break up and serve.

  1. Combine all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until completely mixed. Transfer to a cookie sheet tray lined with parchment paper and spread out until flattened and even.
