It’s Hatch Season at Heinen’s!

We’re very excited to welcome back the crème de la crème of green peppers!

Known for causing a taste bud frenzy, the arrival of these favored New Mexico peppers is something we look forward to at the end of each summer. From mild to hot, these little green beauties are delicious roasted or make a great addition to salsas, salads, quiches and even s’mores!

Hatch Chile Pre-orders

Don’t forget to stock up on a bushel or a case* of these limited-time peppers at your local Heinen’s and stop by select stores for our special roasting events. Pre-orders are welcome.

Please visit or call the Produce Department at your preferred Heinen’s location by August 9 to place your order.

*Each case contains 25 lbs of Hatch raw chiles or 17 lbs of cooked chiles (including case weight).
