Organic Girl Baby Bok Choy
Simply Asia Pho Beef Broth
Asian Gourmet Rice Sticks
Preparation
1. Soak the rice noodles in lukewarm water for 15 minutes.
2. While the noodles are soaking combine the beef, bok choy, and beef broth in a saute pan.
3. Bring to a simmer, add the drained rice noodles, and serve.
4. If you like, add fresh basil, sliced fresh jalapenos and or squeeze of fresh lime.
