Chicken Caesar Smash Burgers
The following recipe and photography were provided by local blogger Carolyn Hodges of The Dinner Shift.
These Chicken Caesar Smash Burgers borrow all the best parts of a chicken Caesar salad and pack them into a juicy handheld!
Miller’s CARE Certified ground chicken is mixed with Caesar dressing, parmesan, and seasonings, then smashed thin and seared until the edges turn crispy and golden. Top the burgers off with melty provolone and a fresh, Caesar-dressed romaine salad, and every bite tastes like the classic, just in burger form! These come together fast enough for a weeknight, but they’re a fun surprise for a backyard BBQ, too.
Why You’ll Love This Recipe
- They’re flavor-packed, with crispy edges. Parmesan and garlic are mixed right into the patties for big flavor, and smashing them thin on a flat-top grill (or cast-iron pan) gives you a golden, crispy exterior.
- It is made with good ingredients. Miller’s CARE Certified ground chicken, Chosen Foods dressing, and Heinen’s parmesan and provolone make this taste like way more effort than it is.
- Quick and easy to prepare. This recipe comes together with just 10 minutes of prep. Serve alongside Heinen’s kettle-cooked potato chips for a no-fuss side.
