This refreshing grapefruit vodka punch is the kind of crowd-pleasing drink that feels effortless but still special. Made with fresh citrus, fragrant mint, and a homemade ginger-mint syrup, it strikes the perfect balance between bright, crisp, and lightly sweet.

It’s an ideal make-ahead option for gatherings, brunches, or any celebration that calls for something bubbly and refreshing. Served over ice with a mint garnish, this punch is simple, elegant, and made for sharing.

Why You’ll Love This Recipe:

  • This drink features in-season Cocktail Grapefruit. Cocktail Grapefruit are exceptionally sweet and juicy, a delicious cross between Frua Mandarins and Pummelos that’s far less acidic than traditional grapefruit.
  • It easily converts into a mocktail because the ginger, mint, citrus and bubbles are already doing the heavy lifting!
  • Want to kick up the citrus? You can substitute Heinen’s Club Soda for Heinen’s Lime, Lemon, or Tangerine Sparkling Water. If you opt for Sparkling Water over Club Soda, add a pinch of salt to the pitcher.

  2. Stir in the mint and set aside to steep for 30 minutes.
  3. Strain the syrup you have made and discard the mint and ginger. Let cool.

  5. Stir in the syrup and the club soda & serve over ice with a mint garnish.

Note: To make this punch non-alcoholic, you can swap vodka for something that still adds body to the mix. Try 3 cups of ginger tea and 1-2 cups grapefruit juice (to taste).

Heinen's Grocery Store

By Heinen's Grocery Store

In 1929, Joe Heinen opened the doors of a small butcher shop on the east side of Cleveland, Ohio, aiming to establish himself as the city’s purveyor of quality meats. As customers came into Heinen’s new shop for their meat purchases, they began asking him to carry groceries as well. Joe added homemade peanut butter, pickles and donuts and by 1933, business had grown enough to include a line of produce and canned goods. Heinen’s Grocery Store was born.
