Ingredients

  • 1 package Heinen’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 3 Tbsp Heinen’s unsalted butter, divided
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1-2 tsp lemon juice
  • 8 oz Heinen’s Fan Favorite Fresh Cooked Shrimp, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • Terrapin Ridge Farms Avocado Zingy Garlic Aioli
  • Chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Set the rolls (do not separate) on a small baking sheet.
  3. Using a paring knife, cut a 1 ½-inch circle into each roll, roughly 1 inch deep, and remove the bread to create a small well. Gently pat down the inside of each well.
  4.  Melt 1 Tbsp. butter. Brush the rolls with butter, including inside the wells.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until lightly golden brown and toasted. Watch carefully so they do not burn. Set rolls aside while you prepare the shrimp.
  6. Melt remaining 2 Tbsp. Butter in a sauté pan over medium-low heat.
  7. Add minced garlic and sauté 1 minute (do not brown).
  8. Stir in Old Bay seasoning, then fold in shrimp and continue to cook until just warmed through, 1 to 2 minutes.
  9. Drizzle with lemon juice and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  10. Divide the shrimp among the toasted rolls. Drizzle with any leftover butter from the pan, then top each roll with a drizzle of aioli and garnish with chopped chives. Serve immediately.
