Grape Salad with Feta and Walnuts

Ingredients

  • 2 cups green seedless grapes
  • 2 cups red seedless grapes
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup feta
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large serving bowl, add green and red grapes. Note: Depending on the size of the grapes, you may want to halve them.
  2. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and toss until lightly covered.
  3. Add in the feta and toss. Try to get some of the creaminess to blend with the oil.
  4. Sprinkle walnuts and fold in slowly.
  5. Add a crack of black pepper, and you’re ready to serve!
