Traditional Greek Salad
The following recipe and photography was provided by Christina Musgrave of Tasting with Tina.
Fresh tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, bell pepper, red onion, and Kalamata olives come together in this simple and traditional Greek salad.
Papa’s Kitchen Pink Greek Dressing adds bright, tangy flavor and ties all of the fresh vegetables together. Instead of crumbled feta, large pieces of feta are arranged over the top for a more traditional presentation. A sprinkle of dried oregano and freshly ground black pepper adds just the right finishing touch. This salad is colorful, refreshing, and incredibly easy to assemble. Serve it alongside grilled meats, seafood, or your favorite Mediterranean-inspired meal.
